Q: Is my personal and credit card information safe? A: All of the information that you provide used to process your order or to communicate with you in the event of a question or problem concerning your order. We use the latest secure socket layer (SSL) protocol to encrypt all sensitive credit card and personal information. We have security measures in place that protect the loss, misuse or alteration of the information that is under our control. Physical security measures include a firewall to protect unauthorized access to our database servers. Access behind the firewall is controlled via passwords. Passwords are stored in one-way encrypted format and are never decrypted.

Q: Can I place an order over the phone? A: Yes. You can place orders Monday thru Friday from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM EST, Saturday and Sunday from 9:00AM to 11:00PM EST by calling customer service at 800-388-0079. You can also use our Request Callback feature and a customer service person will call you back and take the order.

Q: Can I fax my order? A: Yes. Please print the order form (available below) and fax your order form to (877) 687-4878. Please note payment method must be credit card. We do accept school purchase orders and approved purchase order requests on school letterhead must accompany your order. Q: How do I use my coupon or gift certificate? A: At the check out you will see a box where you can enter your coupon or gift certificate. The total purchase price will be recalculated based on the value of the coupon or gift certificate.

Q. Can I Buy A Gift Certificate? A. Yes. Click on ‘Gift Certificates’ on the left hand navigation of the store. You can select from five different dollar values. You can also choose the Gift Card you would like to have sent to the recipient. You may customize a message to be printed inside the card by entering text into the Gift Message box of the checkout. We will send your Gift Card by First Class US Mail within five business days of receiving your order.
Gift Certificates are not redeemable or refundable for cash and are non-transferable. Gift certificates and unused balances are valid for 18 months after the date printed on the inside of the Gift Card. If order exceeds the value of the gift certificate, the person redeeming the certificate is responsible to pay the balance. Cash value of gift certificate is 1/10 of one cent. Gift Certificates cannot be used to purchase additional gift certificates. We have the right to refuse gift certificates if they prove to be fraudulent. We are not responsible for lost or stoles gift certificates. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in our discretion.

Q. How do I return a product? A. Within 30 days of receipt you may return most items purchased in our store for a full product refund. Please note S&H is non-refundable unless the product was damaged or the wrong product was sent to you. We will also pay the return shipping if the error was ours. If the item you are returning was a gift, please enclose the name and e-mail address of the person who sent you the gift along
Packing and Sending Your Return:
1. Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. Your order number MUST be included with the return to get your refund. 2. Mail the package to:
